This product features a quick oat which typically takes 2 minutes to prepare with a kettle or in the microwave, but can be used for overnight oats or baking as well!

HOW TO EAT:

Add 2 parts boiling water to 1 part oatmeal.  Cover for 2-3 minutes. Stir once.

OR Add 1 part oatmeal to 2 parts water (or milk) and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
